Cameron takes Australian title

5 Best Golf Simulators to Improve Your Game

Queenslander Cameron Smith has won the 2017 Australian PGA Championship, taking the title on the second playoff hole from fellow Australian Jordan Zunic.

Smith posted rounds of 68, 67, 67, and 68 to finish 18 under par, tied with Zunic.

The pair played the 18th twice more. On the second try Zunic bogeyed to Smith’s par.

‘That was a bit of a grind out there today. I didn’t quite have my best ball-striking stuff on the back none, but managed to get away with some good short game and just holing the putts that I needed to hole’, said Smith after the game.

The event was the last on the Tour Australasia calendar and was co-sanctioned by the European Tour.
